How do you know Clophill Eco Lodges will be allowed to reopen on Monday 6th July 2020?
We’re listening to the latest Government advice in order to make decisions on reopening. The safety of our team and guests is our top priority and we will continue to keep guests updated as and when new announcements are made.
For the next three months, if the Government has to close us down again or delay our plans to reopen, we will give you a full refund, apart from an administration fee of £20, or move your booking to an alternative available date for free.
How will you ensure that Clophill Eco Lodges is cleaned to a standard that adequately reduces the risk of spreading COVID-19?
Each lodge will be deep-cleaned between every visit by a professional cleaning company, using approved chemicals and following a rigorous cleaning regime. In the event that this external company is unavailable to clean a lodge between guests, we will provide our own enhanced cleaning service and ensure that lodges remain vacant for a minimum of 72 hours between guests.
How will Clophill Eco Lodges wardens mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19?
If you require the wardens on site then they will keep a distance of at least 2 metres from guests and will wear approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Guests will be able to stay for a minimum of 3 nights, either from Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday or for a week from a Friday or Monday.
What is the cost of a break at Clophill Eco Lodges?
